LIGHTING · Latur, Maharashtra

Lighting Solutions & Maintenance

The end of the current: light that is planned for lux level and lifespan, and kept running long after handover.

01 / Scope

What we actually do on site.

1.1

Lux planning

Fixture count and placement worked out for the task and the room, instead of one light per ceiling square.

1.2

Interior and façade

Residential, showroom and façade lighting with drivers and dimming that survive Indian voltage swings.

1.3

Street and campus

Pole lighting and campus circuits with timers, sensors or solar-fed supply where it makes sense.

1.4

LED retrofits

Replacing legacy fixtures with efficient LED and calculating the actual saving before you commit.

1.5

Maintenance contracts

Scheduled inspection of fixtures, drivers and circuits with agreed response times for failures.

1.6

Emergency lighting

Backup circuits and inverter-fed lighting for stairwells, corridors and shop floors.

02 / Single-line

How the lighting circuit is drawn before it is built.

SupplyFrom DBDriverControllerCircuit ALuminairesCircuit BLuminairesSensor / dimmingOccupancy or daylight

Sensor/dimming module modulates both circuits without rewiring the driver stage

  1. Supply — From distribution board
  2. Driver / controller — Constant current or 0–10V
  3. Luminaire circuit A
  4. Luminaire circuit B
  5. Sensor / dimming — Occupancy or daylight

03 / Process

Planned for lux, then measured on site.

  1. 01

    Lux plan

Target lux per task and room decided first, then fixture type, count and placement worked back from it.

0.5–1 day·Lux plan with target readings per zone

  2. 02

    Fixture and driver selection

Makes chosen for driver quality and voltage tolerance, because that is what fails first here.

    1–2 days·Fixture and driver schedule

  3. 03

    Circuit design

Switching, dimming and sensor zones planned so light is controllable without rewiring later.

1 day·Circuit and control zoning plan

  4. 04

    Install and aim

Fixtures mounted, aimed and levelled, with terminations and drivers accessible for service.

Scoped to fixture count·Installed and aimed fixtures

  5. 05

    Measure and adjust

Lux measured on site after install and fixtures adjusted where the reading misses the target.

Half day·As-built lux reading vs. target

  6. 06

    Maintenance contract

Scheduled inspection of fixtures, drivers and circuits with agreed response times for failures.

Ongoing, scheduled visits·Written AMC with response times

04 / Specification

What goes into the bill of materials, and why.

Luminaires

Standard we specify

BIS-marked LED fixtures, IP20 indoor / IP65+ for façade, street and damp locations

Why it matters

The wrong IP rating outdoors is the single biggest cause of early luminaire failure.
Drivers

Standard we specify

Constant-current drivers rated for wide input voltage tolerance (140–290V class)

Why it matters

LED fixtures fail at the driver, not the diode — Indian voltage swings are the usual cause.
Control circuits

Standard we specify

Dedicated switching/dimming circuits, 0–10V or DALI where dimming is specified

Why it matters

Retrofitting dimming onto a shared lighting circuit later means reopening every ceiling point.
Sensors

Standard we specify

Occupancy (PIR) and daylight sensors matched to driver dimming protocol

Why it matters

A sensor that isn't protocol-matched to the driver either doesn't dim or flickers under load.
Wiring

Standard we specify

ISI-marked cable sized for driver inrush current, not just steady-state load

Why it matters

LED driver inrush current is higher than the running current; undersized cable nuisance-trips the circuit.
Emergency lighting

Standard we specify

Inverter-fed or self-contained battery luminaires on dedicated backup circuits

Why it matters

Emergency lighting has to work when the main supply has already failed, so it cannot share a normal circuit.

05 / Why us

Why lighting work goes wrong — and how we avoid it.

We measure the light we sold you

Lux readings after install, not a fixture count on a quotation. If the room misses target, we adjust it.

Drivers, not just lamps

LED fixtures fail at the driver. We specify makes that tolerate Indian voltage swings and stock replacements.

Kept running after handover

Maintenance contracts with written response times, because lighting is judged over years, not on day one.

06 / Continue the current

The rest of the spine.

01 / SOLAR

Solar Solutions

Rooftop generation designed against your actual load, not a brochure size.

02 / ELECTRICAL

Electrical Contracting

The spine of the building: wiring, distribution boards, earthing, protection.

03 / INDUSTRIAL

Industrial & Commercial

Three-phase installations for sheds, workshops, showrooms and plants.

07 / Next step

A free survey, then honest numbers.

Tell us where you are and what you need. We come, we measure, and we quote what the building actually requires.
